Pascal Savary is chairman of Atream, an independent business specialized in the management of real estate assets and funds (French OPCIs and SCPIs, AIF) and in Private Equity. Atream manages about 4 billion euros of AUM, corresponding to 300 assets located in 4 European countries (France, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium). For the past 15 years, Atream has developed a renowned expertise on assets linked to the tourism sector by working along large operators such as Accor, Mama Shelter, Center Parcs, Pierre & Vacances et Club Med. Atream is authorized by the French Market Authority (AMF) and as an AIFM for its real estate portfolio management and investment funds, is a member of the ASPIM (French association for real estate investment companies) and is a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI). Since Atream’s creation, ESG issues, carried by Pascal Savary, are placed at the center of the company’s strategy. Today, 59 % of Atream’s portfolio is made of Article 8 SFDR funds, 9 % is article 9 and 4 funds are certified SRI (label supported by French authorities). In accordance with its active approach, Atream published its first ESG report for 2022 and will publish its first carbon footprint report this year. Alongside Alcentra and Fidera, Pascal Savary is part of Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs restructuring as an Atream representative. He holds 8,8 % of the capital and is a member of the board of directors and of the strategic committee and chairman of the corporate Foundation for families by PVCP Group.
