Léon LAULUSA

Bio

Leon Laulusa is a leading higher education professional and a tenured professor at ESCP since 2005, where he teaches financial accounting and management control. He holds the Habilitation to Supervise Research (HDR), a PhD in Management Sciences from Paris-Dauphine University, and is qualified as a French Certified Public Accountant. A French national of Chinese-Laotian origin, Leon Laulusa began his career in international audit and consulting firms where he held several managerial and executive positions. Since 2013, he has successively held the positions of Deputy Academic Dean in charge of International Development, Dean for International Relations, Dean for Academic Affairs and International Relations (since 2017), Executive Vice President in charge of Academic and International Affairs (since 2018), and Senior Executive Vice President (since January 1, 2022), with particular responsibility for overseeing pre-experience degree programs and international relations (partnerships and double degrees). In January 2023, Leon also took over the management of the school's Paris campus, with responsibility for overseeing the planned move to the Champerret site in September 2023 and the renovation of the historic premises at 79 avenue de la République in Paris. He has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the school since 2014.
