Bio

Hind Benmiloud founded her law firm in 1992. It specialises in business law. The firm is made up of a group of young, dynamic lawyers and associate assistants who advise clients from all over the world, from large to medium-sized public and private companies, as well as private individuals. It has assisted a number of international companies in setting up operations and monitoring their projects in Algeria. It is the only law firm in Algeria specialising in information technology, IT and networks, communications and multimedia law. To date, BENMILOUD has nine lawyers, six associate assistants, a management assistant, an accountant, as well as five external consultants and two notaries. The firm she heads specialises in Maritime Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law, Administrative Law, Banking Law, Employment Law, Environmental Law, Health Law, Tax Law, Oil Law, Construction Law, Company Law, IT and Telecommunications Law, Information Technology Law, as well as Intellectual and Industrial Property and the fight against counterfeiting. Hind Benmiloud also specialises in Franchising Law, having introduced franchising to Algeria in 2003 and founded the Algerian Franchising Association, of which she was President. She was a founding member and vice-president of INJAZ El Djazair, a fraction of INJAZ El Arab, an organisation affiliated to Junior Achievement WorldWide, and was the first president of the NAPEO US/ALGERIA Board, for the development of the entrepreneurial spirit among young people. A member of CARE since 2005 and vice-president until March 2023, she was elected president of Care on 07 March 2023.
