Xavier DOUMEN

Bio

Xavier Doumen is a graduate of King’s College London (LLB), Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (maîtrise de droit) and ESSEC Business School, and qualified as a French lawyer in 2005. After graduating from ESSEC Business School, Xavier Doumen joined the US law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher where he worked in Paris and New York until 2012 before joining the international law firm Hogan Lovells as a partner, where he heads the French M&A practice and is a member of the firm’s M&A Leadership Team. Xavier advises on French and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, as well as on a variety of other matters in connection with corporate growth, equity financing, strategic investments, governance, reorganisations and joint ventures. Xavier is a dual French and South African national.
