A self-taught business leader, Mirakl co-founder and co-CEO Philippe Corrot grasped the entrepreneurial possibilities of the Internet from its earliest days. Philippe launched his first company at the age of 20, and started, scaled, and sold two successful digitally -driven businesses between 1997 and- 2005. In 2005, in partnership with Adrien Nussenbaum, Philippe launched Splitgames, a video-game trading platform, on the idea that marketplaces were the winning business model for eCommerce. In 2008, Fnac Group purchased SplitGames and launched the Fnac.com Marketplace based on Splitgames’s technology and marketplace expertise. In 2012, Philippe and Adrien founded Mirakl, the first marketplace software solution company. Under Philippe’s leadership and product vision, Mirakl has become one of most dynamic players in global eCommerce, valued at over $3.5 billion in 2021.
