Olivier PÉRONNET

Bio

Olivier Péronnet has been a chartered accountant and financial expert with the Paris Court of Appeal since 1998, and has been approved by the Court of Cassation since 2010. He began his career in 1986 with Arthur Andersen, before founding Finexsi in 1997. The firm currently employs 70 people and works with major French and international groups and investment funds on prestigious transactions involving valuation, financial expertise and financial advice, particularly in the context of public offers and litigation. Olivier Péronnet is Chairman of the Compagnie Nationale des Experts Comptables de Justice (CNECJ) and Vice-Chairman of APEI (professional association of independent experts). He is a member of the Standard Review Board of the IVSC, and also participates in the work of several professional associations and commissions (CNEJFD, CCEF, SFEV, Paris Place de Droit, etc.), and working groups at the Paris Court of Appeal and the Court of Cassation. Olivier Péronnet is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in business law and taxation.
