Bio
Jacques Le Pape has joined CCR as Chairman of the Board in May 2021. He founded CERES PARTERS, a Paris based M&A boutique, in 2022 and has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations since 2016. From 2018 to 2020, Jacques Le Pape served as CFO of the Global Fund (Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria) in Geneva. Jacques Le Pape was previously Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary for the Air France-KLM Group where he was responsible for corporate strategy, legal and fleet investments. From 2007 to 2011 Jacques Le Pape was special adviser and deputy chief of staff for Christine Lagarde at the Ministry of Finance. He was then appointed to the Inspection Générale des Finances. Earlier he also served as an advisor to Thierry Breton at the Ministry of Finance and as an adviser to Dominique Perben, when successively Minister of Justice and Minister for Transport. From 2000 to 2002, he was Director of the Office of Multilateral Development Institutions at the Treasury Department in Paris. He was previously Deputy General Rapporteur at the French Competition Council after he held different positions at the Treasury Department and at the Insurance Supervisory Commission. Jacques Le Pape is a Board member at the Institute for Advance Studies – Paris and Vice - Chair and Treasurer at the French Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce. Jacques Le Pape studied Physics at the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Paris). He also graduated in 1990 from the Paris School of Economics and is a chartered actuary. He is a member of the Inspection Générale des Finances.
