Bio

Founder and director of the Marsatac festival in 1999, Béatrice Desgranges is also head of the Orane association, which produces it. For twenty-five years, Orane has been promoting electronic and urban aesthetics with a 360° vision. The Orane association places artistic emergence at the heart of its project, with a particular attachment to artists from Marseilles, culminating in the creation of its own artistic development agency, Marsatac Agency. Passing on its expertise is a major commitment to the region's young people, whether through its artistic and cultural education programmes (Marsatac School) or through the teaching given in cultural and entertainment training courses. It is also developing numerous partnerships in France and abroad. And it embodies the issues of sustainable development, social responsibility and gender equality, with the special creation of the Safer scheme for French festivals.
