The crisis has made the world undecipherable. Certainties about the drivers of value creation have given way to doubts over the conditions for economic growth while the latter requires increased investments. Do existing indicators give us a fair and intelligible picture of the economic situation? How can the State play its part in rekindling growth? How can we ensure that this process will not create further inequalities?
