Sofia FALK

Founder & Creative Director - We are the StoryDoers

Sofia Falk is an organizational hacker that sees the corporate world as her playground. She has been highly recognized for her work on gender diversity, business management, and has taken the limelight on many stages where she has shared her process and her experiences.

Beginning in 2008, Sofia founded the consultancy firm Wiminvest (www.wiminvest.se) to help large corporations hack the systems present in undiversified and exclusive corporate culture. After a couple of successful and award-winning projects she founded a new management, concept and communications firm, We are the StoryDoers (www.wearethestorydoers.com). Sofia believes in rewriting the processes and routines that are not up-to-date in business by using a diversity and inclusion lens. She does this by exposing where biased perspectives and preferences are preventing the business from being successful and inclusive. We are the StoryDoers methods and processes makes it possible for companies to harness diverse brainpower so that it matters for their bottom line.

Sofia Falk has been awarded several titles, the last one being ”one of the Iconic Innovative Trailblazers of the Decade, by Women Economic Forum in Delhi, India. In Sweden she has been awarded by Swedish business publications: « a top 100 supertalent in Sweden », « One of Sweden’s Super Communicators », and « Sweden’s most stubborn woman in business”. She was appointed the advocate and national representative of the EU-initiative « Equality Pays Off » for Sweden. She is an active advisor to the UN, OECD, the Swedish Government and it’s extended arbs around the world, and has moderated workshops with the Nordic and Baltic heads of state and the British Prime Minister about getting more women into leading positions. She has also been part of a reference group for Hillary Clinton’s international council for female entrepreneurs and leadership.
