Margaret “Macke” Raymond is the director of the Center for Research on Education Outcomes (CREDO) at Stanford University, which analyzes education reform efforts around the country. CREDO is a leader in studying US charter schools. Other areas of endeavor include school reform policy, measurement and performance and accountability systems and incentives. Ms. Raymond holds a B.A. summa cum laude from Boston University, with three masters degrees and a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Rochester. She lives in Stanford CA with her husband and dogs Scout and Sugar.
