Pervenche BERÈS

Member - European Parliament

Pervenche Berès is MEP since 1994. She is full member of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs. Currently Head of the French Socialist delegation in the European Parliament. Ms Berès has served as National Secretary of the French Socialist Party (1993-1995) and is member of its national Bureau (1993-2004). Graduated from Paris Institute of Political Studies in 1978, she has held administrative positions at the National Assembly. From 1988 to 1992, she worked as an adviser to Laurent Fabius, President of the National Assembly.
