Jean-Pierre MENANTEAU

Jean-Pierre Menanteau is 50 years old. He holds degrees from ESSEC, Sciences-Po Paris and ENA.
In 1985-1986, he had the opportunity to work one year as assistant to the Japanese Secretary of State for Transportation, Koji Kakizawa, in charge of overhauling the Japanese national railway company.
In 1992, he was assistant to François Lamoureux at the Commission of European Union.
He began his career in France in 1994 as inspector in the “Inspection des Finances”, the main audit and advisory body of the French Ministry for Economy and Finance.
In 1998, Jean-Pierre Menanteau joined Caisse des Dépôts as group deputy C.F.O. In 2002, he became group C.F.O. under the leadership of Daniel Lebegue. He joined also the boards of directors and audit committees of CNP and of the French Savings Banks.
In January 2004, Jean-Pierre Menanteau became group C.F.O. at SNCF recruited by Louis Gallois.
In September 2008, Jean-Pierre Menanteau was appointed CEO of Aviva France, the French subsidiary of Aviva Group.
In 2011 he joined Deloitte France as Senior Advisor.
In April 2013, Jean-Pierre Menanteau was appointed CEO of Humanis, pension, health, life and protection insurance group.
