Florence Ninane co- heads the EU Competition law department of Allen & Overy Paris. She has significant experience in the areas of French and European competition law (mergers, anti-trust and state aid issues) and has developed a specific expertise in distribution law matters. Florence regularly assists companies with their French, EU and multi-jurisdictional merger notifications. She also represents companies in competition law litigations before Competition authorities and national courts (cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, State aid and private enforcement).
She has developed a specific expertise in the energy and financial sectors as well as in the consumer goods sectors and has been advising various operators in these areas.
