Will Youth Become a Scarce Ressource?
Session 17
In the West, young people come out of a “golden generation”. They are confronted with major difficulties: school failure, unemployment rates, loss of trust in public institutions, all evidence that our societies do not invest enough in youth? At global level, for what kind of demographic and migratory balances are we heading at a time when Africa will become the new cradle of humanity?
