Bio
Vincent Levita is the Founder and President of InfraVia Capital Partners. Vincent founded InfraVia Capital Partners in 2008. InfraVia is an independent European private equity firm specializing in infrastructure and technology investments. InfraVia supports entrepreneurs and companies in their growth journey and helps them transform into leading platforms. Since 2008, InfraVia has raised €10 billion of capital and invested in over 40 companies across 13 European countries. Vincent has 30 years of experience in infrastructure investment, strategic planning and business management. Vincent started his career in 1991 with a management consulting firm (Corporate Value Associates) and became a partner in 1999. During this period at CVA, Vincent worked on numerous mandates (strategic analysis, development, organization) with large industrial companies such as Rio Tinto, Arcelor-Mittal or Vivendi. In 2004, Vincent joined AXA Investment Management as Director of Strategy and Innovation and member of the Executive Committee, where he worked on development assignments in China and India and acquisitions in the UK. Between 2005 and 2007, Vincent launched, developed and managed the Infrastructure practice at AXA Investment Managers. Vincent is one of the pioneers of the Infrastructure sector in France and in Europe. Since its creation in 2008, Vincent has worked on nearly 40 transactions across Europe and sits on numerous boards representing InfraVia such as Reden Solar, (renewable energy platform in France), Celeste (B2B telecom operator in France), or Save (Venice airport). In 2019, Vincent developed InfraVia in the technology sector, and in particular in the Growth segment. InfraVia joined and was one of the first participants of the "Tibi initiative" aiming to provide France with an investment force in the tech sector in order to develop start-ups and consolidate the French tech ecosystem. Vincent is a member of the Board of Directors of France Invest, where he chairs the Infrastructure Commission, and President of the LTIIA (Long Term Infrastructure Investors Association). Vincent is a graduate engineer from École Polytechnique (X86) and ENSAE.
