Bio
Pauline Rossi is an Associate Professor of Economics at Ecole Polytechnique – CREST and a Research Affiliate at CEPR. She graduated from HEC Paris and received her PhD in Economics from Paris School of Economics. Prior to Ecole Polytechnique, she was an Assistant Professor at the University of Amsterdam and a Visiting Assistant Professor at Yale University. Her research lies at the intersection of development economics and family economics, and has been published in leading academic journals such as the Review of Economic Studies, the American Economic Journal: Economic Policy, or the Journal of Development Economics. In 2021, she received an ERC Starting Grant to study how social interactions, through peer effects and matching markets, shape population dynamics.
