Founder of Wimbeetech, a key player in Consulting and Technologies that allows the best use of data assets and digital transformation.

Co-founder of 2 projects in Digital Education with the launch of Holberton School Tunisia, an inclusive peer-learning programing school, centered around “learning how to learn”, and the launch of Campusna an Edtech company, publisher of the platform Tekouin, specializing in online learning for IT professionals.

Former CEO of Business & Decision MEA and former Comex member of Business & Decision Group, Neila lead a team of 480 experts in Data Management, Analytics, CRM and Digital Transformation. She created her first business in 2000, in partnership with Business & Decision Group which bought part of her shares in 2004. She sold in 2018 all her shares to Orange group in their buying process of Business & Decision group.

She’s active in civil society: French Tech Tunis (President), Digital National Strategic Council for Tunisia (Board member), Tunisian Association for Communication and Technologies (Vice President), Reseau Entreprendre (Vice President), Women In Africa (Ambassador), UBCI bank, previously part of BNP Paribas (member of the Board of Directors).

She’s been Decorated in 2015 as a Knight of the “Ordre National du Mérite”, selected in the “Rising Talents” initiative of the Women’s Forum of Deauville in 2015, selected in 2017 amongst the fifty most powerful women in Africa by Jeune Afrique.
