Bio
Matthias Leridon is CEO of the communication consulting firm Tilder since 1990. He is also Chairman since 1990 of Trucy, a private investment company active in Europe and Africa.
Matthias Leridon began his career in various Minister’s staff (Minister of Defense, Minister for the Civil Service). He was then CEO of the communication consulting firm Bernard Rideau and Associates. From 2007 to 2014 he has been board member of Générale de Santé.
In 2009, Matthias Leridon co-created the NGO African Artists for Development (AAD-Fund), which develops and finances economic and social development projects incorporating artistic creation to strengthen their human impact. In 2013, the United Nations Member States unanimously elected AAD-Fund as an associate member of the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
Matthias Leridon is a board member of SOS Group, ACTED and AMREF Health Africa.
Matthias Leridon is Chairman of the Centre Pompidou Accélérations and Vice-President of the Manège de Chaillot endowment funds.
Matthias Leridon is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and Sciences Po Paris and holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in law. He is the author of L’Afrique va bien, published in 2010 by Débats Publics Editions. Matthias Leridon is Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur, Officer of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres, Member of the Académie des Sciences d’Outre-Mer.
