Hervé MONTJOTIN

Bio

Hervé Montjotin graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure, has a degree in Social Sciences and a master's degree from ESCP. He began his career in 1989 with Bossard Consultants. In 1995, he joined the Norbert Dentressangle group. From 1995 to 2015, 20 years during which the group's turnover grew from 300 million to 5 billion euros, he was successively CEO of HR and Organization, CEO in charge of the Transport Division (2005) and Chairman of the Executive Board (2012). He has been CEO of SOCOTEC Group since September 2016. From 2017 to 2021, the SOCOTEC Group has undergone a profound transformation that has taken it from €500 to €1 billion in turnover and from 5,000 to 10,000 employees in 25 countries. France represented 90% of the turnover at the beginning of 2017, compared to 52% at the beginning of 2022. A pioneer in BIM and a player in energy and environmental transitions in construction, infrastructure and industry, the group, which originally came from technical control, has also developed into a major international player in risk management and consulting in the integrity and sustainability of built assets.
