Europe thought-leader, top political adviser and business leader, Guillaume founded EuropaNova, a leader Paris and Berlin-based European thinktank. He is presently Senior-Vice President European Affairs of Hill+Knowlton Strategies (WPP), a global leader in strategic communications and public affairs. He is also president of T-Life, a Medtech dedicated to revolutionize biological diagnosis. Guillaume served as special adviser of the last French presidency of the Council of the EU (2008) and the presidency of the European Commission on AI, digital tech and plateform regulation. He was also a sherpa of the reflection group of the future of Europe at European Council and a director of the European Broadcasting Union. Author of successful non-fiction and columnist in several leading newspapers in Europe, he has just published “Fierté européenne, manifeste pour une civilisation d’avenir” (preface Jean-Claude Juncker). He is an alumnus of HEC Paris (MBA), Sciences-Po Paris (MPA) and London School of Economics (CEMS Master).
