Grégoire Sentilhes is the President and founder of NextStage AM, one of the pioneers and leaders in growth capital in France, with nearly €6.7 billion in direct and indirect assets. NextStage AM invests with a philosophy of "entrepreneur investor" in "capital patience", alongside talented entrepreneurs in medium-sized companies, innovative, with high growth potential, with the objective of making them champions of their markets. 6 of the companies co-founded and/or invested by Gregoire have gone public, either on Nasdaq or on Euronext. He was a director of the AFIC and Chairman of the development capital commission, a member of the advisory board of France Investissement of which he was one of the inspirers, he is a co-founder and was Chairman of Citizen Entrepreneurs and of the G20 of Entrepreneurs, for France until 2020. He is the author of "Vive la 3ème Révolution Industrielle! Tous entrepreneurs de nos destinins", prefaced by Erik Orsenna (January 2017).
