Bio

Bertrand Rambaud is Chairman of the Siparex Group, one of France’s leading independent private equity groups. He started in 1991 as an Associate in the Siparex Group, and then became Partner at PWC within its Transactions Services department from 1997 to 2002. He then decided to pursue his career within Siparex, where he was appointed Managing Partner in 2002, and then Member of the Management Board in January 2009. He took over as Chairman of Siparex in July of the same year. Siparex Group has €3 billion of assets under management. Siparex finances and provides support to companies, from start-ups to ISEs, thanks to its different business lines: Innovation under the name of XAnge, Energy Transition (TiLT Capital Partners), Entrepreneurs, Distressed Capital, Mezzanine, Midcap, and ETI. Siparex is present in France and has international outreach with European offices in Milan, Munich and Brussels, and partnerships in Canada and the Maghreb. Bertrand Rambaud sits on the Boards of Directors of Biscuits Bouvard, Lacroix Emballages, Gerard Perrier Industrie, and Mérieux Developpement . He graduated from EM Lyon.
