Bio
Bernard Sananès has over 25 years of professional experience in consulting, communication and research. A regular partner of BFMTV and Les Echos, he is frequently called upon to decipher political news on the programme "C'est Dans l'Air".
In June 2015, he created ELABE, a research and consultancy firm that assists large companies and institutions in analysing opinions and in their communication strategies.
ELABE now has about twenty employees and has an innovative positioning "Objectivated Consulting". He was for 4 years President of the CSA polling institute (Bolloré Group).
He was previously Director of Communication and Public Affairs for the EDF Group under Henri Proglio.
From 2005 to the end of 2009, Bernard Sananès was Managing Director of Euro RSCG C&O (Havas Group), a global communications consultancy that he joined in 1995. He has worked with companies, institutions and managers such as McDonald's, EDF, Orange/France Telecom, Aéroports de Paris, RATP, the Government Information Service, Veolia, Unibail and La Française des Jeux. He also led financial operations such as the EDF IPO, the SNCF-Geodis operation and Quicksilver-Rossignol.
From 1993 to 1995, he was Communication Advisor to the Minister of Equipment, Transport and Tourism. A graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques d'Aix en Provence and the Institut Pratique de Journalisme, Bernard began his career as a journalist, then as a communication officer for a parliamentary group at the National Assembly.
