Biographie
Julia Bijaoui is a French entrepreneur born in 1988.
After a successful curriculum at HEC Paris, she joined Jolie Box, where she oversaw the purchase by Birchbox and met Quentin Vacher.
Tired of coming home late at night and having to resort to take-out and delivery, they realized how painful it was to just eat plain home made good food at home. That’s when they decided to launch Frichti in 2015. A simple app to make good food easy : homemade dishes, with fresh seasonal products and no preservatives. In 2018 they launched the SUPER Market, a new way to shop your daily groceries : fresh products, carefully selected from local farmers and craftsmen, delivered at your door or with your lunch.
In 2019, she becomes the first woman to run a Next 40 company, a list of the 40 most promising French start-ups and companies.
In 2020, Frichti launched Cantine 2.0, a new, digital, seamless way to enjoy good food at the office.
