Bio
Since 1998 Emmanuelle Auriol has been a full professor at Toulouse School of Economics. She is an editor of several academic journals and a fellow of the IUF, CEPR, EUDN, CESifo, and EEA, where she has chaired the Women in Economics committee from 2015 to 2018. Her research interests include industrial organization, regulation, labor and development economics. Throughout the years she received several grants and awards for her research, which has been published in top international journals. Her research has also been featured in stories in the press, on television and radio. She is the author of a book on legalization policies that has earned several awards. She is also a member of the Council of Economic Analysis, the advisory body reporting to the French Prime Minister.
