Karim Tadjeddine is a partner in McKinsey’s Paris office, where he leads the Public Sector Practice. He is also one of the leaders of Financial Institution Groupe Practice in France.
As specialist in growth strategy and large-scale change management, Karim has led extensive transformation programs—redesign of group strategy, organization redesign and operational restructuring—for public and private clients.
Karim is one of the world-wide leaders in McKinsey’s Public Sector Practice. He is an economic-development expert and advises governments and public operators in Europe and Africa on the definition and implementation of national and sector-level economic policies. He has deep expertise in public-support programs, public-holdings policies, as well as in transformation programs.
Apart from his activities as a consultant, Karim is the administrator of the “En temps réel” and “Generation France” think tanks. Karim was member of several committees (Evaluation France Stratégie, Prefiguration Ecole Affaires Publiques) and was rapporteur of the Commission de Libération de la Croissance Française (Commission for the Liberation of Growth in France) which was charged in 2007 and in 2010 by the French president to produce an agenda for structural reforms for the country.
Before joining McKinsey, Karim Tadjeddine worked at the Treasury Directorate of the Ministry of Finance.
