Bruno Decreuse is a Professor of Economics at Aix-Marseille School of Economics and a former member of the Institut Universitaire de France. He holds a PhD from Aix-Marseille university and started his career as a researcher at CNRS in Paris. He is the co-founder of the European Search and Matching research group, a network of academic economists working on search and matching models, including models of labor market search, consumer search, money search and housing search. Beyond search and matching, his research interests cover ethnic discrimination on the labor and housing markets, the analysis of unemployment and human capital investments and the political economy of employment protection legislation. His recent work relies on the causes and consequences of obsolete information on digital platforms.
