We live in an era where technological progress has invaded our lives for a few years now. We are in a voluntary servitude of technological objects, those devices that have taken control of our lives. We all live under the reign of science and technology, in which we believe, whether we like it or not, and to which we sometimes sacrifice our lives. Yet science, even if it is effective and necessary for progress, does not give meaning. However, we need meaning, otherwise our lives would be empty and we would simply be manipulated by what we have created. We all want to believe in it: in ourselves, in the other, and in man. How to respond to the need for meaning in a world of technoscience? This is the essential question of our time.
