Sylvie JÉHANNO, Dalkia’s CEO Sylvie Jéhanno (X89, Ingénieur des Mines) is Dalkia’s CEO, an EDF subsidiary (sales: approx. €6 billion 20,000 employees in France and abroad) specializing in energy services. Dalkia invests in and develops renewable and recovered energies and supports its customers (local authorities, manufacturers, landlords, healthcare establishments, etc.) over the long term to help them save energy and reduce their CO2 emissions. She joined EDF GDF Services in 1994 as gas network operations manager. In 2005, she was appointed BtoB Marketing Director, then Key Accounts Director in 2007. In 2011, she became EDF's Director of Individual Customers, in charge of 5,000 people managing 25 million customers and accelerating the digital transformation of EDF's customer relations. On January 1st, 2017, she became Managing Director of Dalkia, then CEO on January 1st, 2018. She launched a strategic plan aimed at redeveloping Dalkia internationally and positioning it as a leader in the energy transition of territories (renewable heating and cooling networks, decarbonization of industry and buildings). She is also committed to the feminization of scientific and technical professions, and in 2018 created the "Women's Energy in Transition" award. In addition, Sylvie Jéhanno is co-president of the Sector Strategy Committee "Nouveaux Systèmes Energétiques” (New Energetic Systems) and of the Public Interest Group "Les entreprises s'engagent", which brings together more than 80,000 companies dedicated to a more inclusive and sustainable world. She is also a company administrator of the EDF Foundation. Sylvie Jéhanno is Chevalier de l'Ordre de la Légion d'Honneur.
