Sylvie JÉHANNO, Dalkia’s Chairwoman and CEO Sylvie Jéhanno (Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale supérieure des Mines de Paris) is Dalkia’s Chairwoman and CEO, an EDF subsidiary (sales: approx. €6,5 billion 22,000 employees in France and abroad) specializing in energy services. Dalkia invests in and develops renewable and recovered energies and supports its customers (local authorities, manufacturers, landlords, healthcare establishments) over the long term to help them save energy and reduce their CO2 emissions. She joined EDF GDF Services in 1994 as gas network operations manager. In 2005, she was appointed BtoB Marketing Director, then Key Accounts Director in 2007. In 2011, she became EDF's Director in charge of Individual Customers (25 millions) accelerating the digital transformation of EDF's customer relationship and managing 5 000 employees. On January 1st, 2017, she became CEO of Dalkia, then Chairwoman CEO on January 1st, 2018. She launched a strategic plan aimed at redeveloping Dalkia internationally and positioning it as a leader in the energy transition of territories (renewable heating and cooling networks, decarbonization of industry and buildings). She is also committed to the feminization of scientific and technical professions, and in 2018 created the "Women's Energy in Transition" awards. Sylvie Jéhanno is co-president of the public interest group "Les entreprises s'engagent", which brings together more than 100,000 companies committed to an inclusive society and a more sustainable world. Sylvie Jéhanno is a member of the Académie des Technologies. Sylvie Jéhanno is Chevalier dans l'Ordre de la Légion d'Honneur and Officier dans l’Ordre National du Mérite.
