Sylvain DHENIN

Bio

Sylvain Dhenin is Regional Managing Partner of Heidrick & Struggles in charge of providing searches for Presidents, Managing Directors and Directors for Europe and Africa. He has extensive experience across a broad range of sectors, including industry, technology, consumer products and retail, professional services, and private equity. Sylvain previously served as Vice President of a global executive search firm and was responsible for their operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, leading to significant expansion of the firm's presence. Prior to his role as Vice President, he was Managing Partner of another executive search firm, overseeing its operations in France. He began his career at Danone, the multinational food products company. Businessweek named Sylvain on its list of the 50 "Most Influential Headhunters in the World". Sylvain is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Bordeaux.
