Bio
Romaric Lazerges is a partner at A&O Shearman in France, and is responsible for A&O Shearman's public law group at firm level. His expertise covers public contracts (PPP, concessions, public procurement), environmental law, including climate and ESG issues, and regulatory law in various sectors (e.g. media, energy, infrastructure, telecoms). Romaric advises clients on both transactional and contentious matters, mainly before administrative courts and tribunals, as well as independent administrative authorities. His clients are either public entities or private partners involved, as well as banks, sponsors and lenders. In addition to his legal practice, Romaric has been a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris for 20 years.
