Graduate engineer from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and Georgia Tech, Reda Mahfoud began his career in strategy consulting, first at Oliver Wyman and then at MENSIA Conseil for five years. These experiences led him to work with various public and private sector entities, primarily in contexts of defining strategic plans and transforming large organizations. He joined Webhelp in 2012 as an Account Director, remained for 8 years, and became Director of the Telecom & Media Business Unit. He joined Malt in 2020 as Director of Business Units, before becoming VP Sales in 2021 and then Managing Director of France in July 2022.
