Philippe MAILLARD

Bio

Philippe Maillard is a graduate engineer from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He joined Lyonnaise des Eaux in 1993 and held various management positions in the Suez Environnement Group, now Suez, until the end of 2019. In October 2011, Philippe Maillard was appointed CEO of Lyonnaise des Eaux. He became a member of the Executive Committee of Suez Environnement. In September 2015, he was appointed CEO of Recycling & Valorisation France. The activity represents a managed perimeter of 3 billion Euros and includes 18,000 employees. In March 2019, he was appointed Deputy CEO for France, following the merger of the Water and Waste activities. In January 2020, Philippe Maillard was appointed CEO of the Apave Group, an international group specializing in risk management (1.2 billion in sales, 14,000 employees, present in 55 countries) with the aim of accelerating the Group's development and transformation, notably through a sustained external growth dynamic. He is also Vice-President of Filiance, formerly Coprec, the professional federation of the sector
