Jacques LE PAPE

Bio

Jacques Le Pape is a graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure of rue d’Ulm in Paris. He combines high-level experience in serving the French government and various international corporations. He is a General Finance Inspector, an actuary and has degrees in Quantum Physics and Economics. He began his career at the French Insurance Control Commission (Commission de Contrôle des Assurances) before holding various positions within the French Treasury Department (Direction Générale du Trésor). He was Advisor to various French ministers over the years including the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Transport and finally Deputy Director of cabinet and Advisor to Christine Lagarde, the Minister of Finance. After serving on the Executive Committee of Air France KLM as Secretary General, he became Chief Financial Officer of the Global Fund in Geneva. Since 2016, he has chaired the Supervisory Board of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations and is a founding partner of Ceres Partner since 2022.
