Claudia Senik is a professor at Sorbonne University and the Paris School of Economics, as well as holding key positions in economic research. She is Director of the Observatoire du bien-être at Cepremap (Centre pour la recherche économique et ses applications) and a member of the IZA (Institute for the Study of Labor in Bonn) . Claudia Senik, an alumnus of the École Normale Supérieure, holds a doctorate from EHESS (École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales). Her main areas of expertise include the economics of subjective well-being, exploring the sources of well-being at work and in the corporate world, and analyzing women's behavior at school and in the labor market. Her research has significant implications for understanding and improving women's quality of life, happiness and participation in education and the workplace.
