Christian Saint-Etienne is Professor Emeritus, holder of the Jean-Baptiste Say Chair in Industrial Economics at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and has held a number of high-level positions, including member of the Conseil d'Analyse Économique, Professor at Université Paris-Dauphine, and economist at the IMF and OECD. He is a seasoned expert in industrial economics. He holds a PhD in Economics and Masters degrees in Economics from the London School of Economics and Carnegie Mellon University. His major publications include "Le libéralisme stratège contre le chaos du monde" published by Éditions Odile Jacob in September 2020, "Trump et Xi-Jiping - Les apprentis sorciers" published by Éditions de l'Observatoire in March 2020, and "Osons l'Europe des nations" published by Éditions de l'Observatoire in January 2018. His areas of expertise cover monetary and financial policy, public finance and taxation, as well as the strategy and competitiveness of states and companies. His in-depth research and experience shed valuable light on crucial issues in contemporary economics.
