Currently Chairman of Siparex Group, a French private equity player with over €3.5 billion in assets under management and several offices in France, Europe and Canada, Bertrand Rambaud has been supporting and financing French start-ups, SMEs and MidCaps for over 30 years. Starting out in 1991 as an investor in the Siparex Group, then becoming a Partner at PwC in the Transactions & Services Department from 1997 to 2002, he returned to be an investor within Siparex, where he became Chairman in July 2009. He pursued the development and the diversification of the group, notably in Venture, Private Debt and in the Growth segment focusing on the energy transition. Since June 2023, he is Chairman of France Invest, the association of investors for growth. Bertrand Rambaud is a graduate of EM Lyon.
