I want to register: how do I do it?
Register for the Rencontres Économiques d’Aix-en-Provence by filling in the form here.
Is registration required to attend the conferences?
If you wish to participate in person, registration is required to access the conferences. When registering, you will receive by email your personal badge to access the event.
If you wish to attend the event online, registration is optional. It will allow you to receive alerts before the conferences and communications around the event.

The Rencontres Économiques d’Aix-en-Provence are open to everyone!

Yes, registration is free.
Attend the event on site
What documents will be required to access the conferences?
At the entrance of the site, you will be asked for your access badge (received by email following your registration) and an identity document. Access to the conferences will be denied if you do not present one of these documents.
What are the rules to be respected on site?
On all venues, you will be asked to wear a mask and to respect the barrier gestures and distancing rules. Masks and hydroalcoholic gel dispensers will be available at all sites.
Where will the conferences take place?
The conferences will take place in the Parc Jourdan. Access to the park is via Avenue Anatole France (13100 Aix-en-Provence).
The sessions and debates will take place outside in open-air amphitheatres.
Follow the event online
How can I follow the conferences?
The conferences are broadcast live on video. You can access them on the homepage of our website, or on our YouTube channel.
Is a login required to follow the conferences?
No, the conferences are free to access.
Can I watch the conferences offline?
Yes, the conferences will be available for replay on our website and our YouTube channel, the day after their broadcast.
In which languages will the lectures be broadcast?
The conferences will be broadcast in French and English.
Will all the conferences be broadcast?
Yes, all the debates and sessions of the programme will be broadcast on our website
How can I ask questions to the speakers before the event?
From 14 June, you will be able to ask questions to the speakers from our website, by selecting the session you wish to ask a question in from the programme page.
Will all questions be answered?
In order to ensure lawful, responsible and respectful exchanges between Internet users and speakers, we apply moderation rules for questions:
All questions are read and validated before being published on our website
Questions that are illicit, defamatory or considered disrespectful by the moderation team will be rejected
Will the questions be public?
Yes, validated contributions will be posted on our website. However, you can submit them anonymously.
Can I support the questions of other users?
Yes, you can support other people’s contributions by voting for them through a “Like” button.
