Olivier LENEL

Bio

An engineering graduate of the Institut national agronomique de Paris-Grignon, Olivier Lenel is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor. He began his career at Mazars in 1991, auditing major accounts and SMEs in mainly non-financial sectors. A partner since 2002, his career is distinguished by its mix of audit and advisory roles. A signatory auditor for more than 10 years, and convinced of the benefits of multidisciplinarity for Mazars, Olivier Lenel has played a major role in the development of Mazars' Advisory business for almost 15 years. Leader of Consulting in France from 2014 to 2018 and at Group level from 2014 to 2016, Olivier Lenel is leading a significant investment plan, including some external growth operations for Mazars in France by carrying out 5 strategic acquisitions. In 2019, Olivier Lenel will lead the Executive Committee alongside Hervé Hélias, Chairman of the Mazars Group. In 2021, he will be elected Chairman of the Management Board of Mazars in France and in 2023, member of the Management Board of the Mazars Group, which will become Forvis Mazars in 2024. The Mazars and Forvis groups merged on 1 June 2024 to become Forvis Mazars.
