Arnaud SOURISSEAU

Bio

A graduate of ESCP and Sciences Po Paris, Arnaud Sourisseau began his career with a year's voluntary service in the French Navy as a commando marine, before joining Bain & Cie as a strategy consultant in the Paris and Singapore offices, before moving into entrepreneurship. He first co-founded a food e-commerce start-up (Hellofresh) before launching One Man Support in 2013. The idea behind One Man Support (OMS) is to make high-level consultancy more flexible, accessible and virtuous, both for the clients who use it and for the freelancers who practice it. With a community of over 3,500 hand-picked freelancers, OMS specialises in strategy and organisation consulting, digital/data transformation, transaction consulting and interim management. OMS is the French leader in high-level independent consultancy, with sales of over €50 million by 2022, generated in France and internationally.
