Sophie FERREIRA LE MORVAN
- CRS Director & Managing Director of the Foundation
- April
Bio
Sophie Ferreira Le Morvan has been General Delegate of the APRIL Foundation and Director of CSR of the APRIL group since 2021. The APRIL Foundation was born in 2008 with a strong conviction: everyone can be an actor in their health provided they have the keys to understanding and tools to preserve their health capital. The APRIL Foundation's mission is to promote health focused on promoting preventive behavior as an alternative to “all-out care”. In 2023, Sophie Ferreira Le Morvan is working to strengthen and expand the Foundation's mission by questioning the sustainable implementation of the transition from intention to action in health matters. Because the issue of behavioral changes is central to prevention and health promotion, the APRIL Foundation relies on behavioral sciences (neurosciences, positive psychology, cognitive sciences, anthropology, etc.). It supports research in behavioral sciences and health, it proposes and designs associated experimental devices. It provides assistance and expertise to innovative project leaders and disseminates knowledge and best practices. Double graduated from EDHEC Business School and a master's degree in Art History at Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne, Sophie Ferreira Le Morvan then turned to entrepreneurial training in change management and innovation at HEC, the IGPDE (the Institute of Public Management and Economic Development) then at the ENA. She has more than 20 years of experience in general management and development functions within public institutions such as the “Centre des Monuments Nationaux”, the Paris Zoological Park, the Museums and Botanical Gardens of the National Museum of Natural History as well as the Samu Social de Paris in recent years.
