He studied at IAE Montpellier for five years before co-founding Teads in 2010, which rose to prominence as the leading advertising company in no time. After Altice acquired Teads in 2017, he shifted his attention from the advertising sector to the meal voucher business. He introduced Lunchr in 2018; it digitizes the process of using paper vouchers. Swile replaced Lunchr in March 2020. All employee benefits, including business trips, gift cards, and lunch vouchers, are now covered by its Super-app. Furthermore, the business collected about €300 million from renowned international investors in just four years, making it France's seventeenth unicorn. The firm acquired Bimpli from Groupe BPCE in July 2022, marking a new chapter in its development and a new strategic turning point. Swile now commands a market share of more than 30% in employee benefits in France as a result of this business. Swile is systematically carrying out its plan to dominate the worktech market globally. The Choiseul Institute has identified Loïc Soubeyrand as one of the 100 economic leaders of the future for 2023. He hasla has received the honor of Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite.
