Bio
Guillaume Liegey is co-founder and CEO of Explain, a startup pioneering the application of artificial intelligence to public procurement, a sector that accounts for 12% of the global economy. Previously, he co-founded Liegey Muller Pons (LMP), Europe's leading startup in electoral targeting technologies. He began his career with Veolia before joining the McKinsey strategy consultancy in France and then the United States, where he worked for major industrial and infrastructure groups, as well as governments. Guillaume is a graduate of HEC and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He is a member of the French-American Foundation's Young Leaders class of 2017.
