Maya Noël is the Managing Director of France Digitale, the leading European startup and investor association with nearly 2000 members. The organization's mission is to create European digital champions and to animate and federate the startup and innovation ecosystem in France and Europe. Maya Noël started her career in digital in 2012 and immediately focused her energy on finding the best talent for fast-growing startups. In 2015, she founded her startup YBorder, specialized in international recruitment and financed by ISAI. In 2016, she joined the StartHer association (now Sista), alongside leading female entrepreneurs and venture capitalists, and campaigned for more parity and diversity in business & tech.
