The alarming findings of the 2023 Assises du travail and the “Du sens à l’ouvrage” report reveal a crisis of meaning at work, highlighting a crying need for companies and their employees to be listened to, respected, and recognised. While this may seem easy to achieve in theory, it is complex to put into practice.
