Hippolyte is a Partner at Allen & Overy in Paris and specialises in Criminal law. Hippolytes’s practice focuses primarily on complex white-collar crimes issues. He assists and represents clients before all criminal authorities (police officers, prosecutors, investigation judges) and all criminal courts. He also regularly assists clients in the implementation of their compliance programs (anti-corruption, AML/FCT), within internal investigations and in the context of enforcement proceedings initiated by regulatory agencies. Hippolyte also has particular expertise in advising groups and managing directors with their ESG strategies and litigation issues.
