The world is undergoing unprecedented changes. The Covid crisis and the Ukrainian crisis have profoundly changed our conception of the world and revealed the imperative need to guarantee our energy, industrial and food sovereignty. Ecological transition, skills deficit, the place of youth, we are reviewing the priorities that marked our society, in the context of a sudden return of inflation and sluggish growth. In this context of major upheavals, France is also suffering from its specific difficulties, plunged into an uncertain economic and social situation. 
We must find solutions that will enable us to overcome these challenges. What answers can we give to short-term problems while at the same time carrying out the long-term transformations of our society? How, in this difficult context, can we succeed in transforming the world?
