Biographie
A graduate of the Paris École Centrale (CentraleSupélec), Catherine MacGregor has spent her entire professional career working in the energy sector, including 23 years with Schlumberger, the world’s leading supplier of technologies for characterizing, drilling, producing and processing reservoirs for the oil and gas sector.
She occupied a number of roles within Schlumberger: from head of operational divisions (Reservoir Characterization, Drilling and measuring, etc.), head of the regional division Europe and Africa to Group Executive Vice President in charge of human resources. Throughout her career, she managed numerous major complex industrial projects in various geographies (Republic of Congo, Scotland, the US, etc.).
From 2019 to 2020, she worked for TechnipFMC, the oil and gas services supplier, as head of Technip Energies. She was especially in charge of the entity’s IPO project.
Catherine MacGregor joins the ENGIE group on 1 January 2021 as Chief Executive Officer.
