Bio
A graduate of SciencePo and the London school of economics in economic history and development economics, Chloé Morin was Public Opinion Advisor to two Prime Ministers between 2012 and 2016. Specializing in the analysis of trends and opinion strategy, she has published two works on the dysfunctions of the senior administration (Les inamovibles de la République, l'Aube) and of democracy (Le populisme au Aide de la Démocratie ?, Gallimard). She now heads a consulting company called Societing and is associated with the work of the Jean Jaurès Foundation.
